These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and pk0p ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk0p.org. 3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another person.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Notify pk0p support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never allow another person to use your account, including family members.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pk0p may require you to complete identity verification in accordance with applicable KYC procedures. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed, and pending withdrawals being delayed or declined.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pk0p supports a range of convenient payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and major card networks. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours subject to identity verification and fraud checks. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• pk0p reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended.
• Currency on pk0p is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. A single bonus may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk0p platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating with other players, either in cooperation or through external communication channels.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or structuring transactions to evade reporting obligations.
• Registering under a false identity, providing fraudulent documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the pk0p platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
